Institutional Strengthening Programme

The program strategy is to build and strengthen JUHI’s capacity to progressively adapt to changing environments so as to continue to effectively and efficiently implement its mandate. The Overall Program Objective is o increase and improve on JUHI’s institutional capacity to deliver relevant and quality services, effectively and professionally execute its planned activities, assess impact and increase its internal control mechanisms. JUHI intends to enhance its institutional Capacity through a variety of mechanisms that include, among others; resource mobilization, training of both voluntary and full-time personnel as well as holding of staff, board and organize meetings to regularly review progress.
